Getting Started

From unboxing to active in under 5 minutes.

Charge the band

Plug in via USB-C for 90 minutes. LED ring pulses orange while charging, turns solid green when full.

Download the app

Install SafeStep on iOS 14+ or Android 10+. Available on the App Store and Google Play.

Open the app → Add Guardian → scan your fingerprint on the band sensor. Repeat for each guardian (up to 10).

Put it on your child

Clasp the band on your child's wrist. The circuit closes automatically and sends a confirmation to the app.

Set your proximity zones

In the app, configure your 4 alert zones: Green (safe), Yellow, Orange, and Red (immediate alert).
